I am a qualified and accredited executive coach (ICF) with a focus on the leadership teams within Family Businesses. I have a people based background ranging across multiple industries (Travel, Property and Financial Services) with extensive experience in sales, operations, people and leadership and training. I was keenly involved in the sale of my/our own family business and successfully to nurture a leadership culture and team with succession planning at the very heart of it. I achieved this with both family and non-family leadership team members. I have been a NED (Non-Executive Director) of a £1 billion+ enterprise and past owner of a £30 million turnover firm. I have an amazing family of my own and, in partnership with my beautiful wife, we are raising two super kids with and without their capes.
